Speck Feast in Bozen

In May, in Bozen take place the Speck Feast.

A festival to pay homage to a product so loved and known all over the world! The speck!
In Walther Square will be set up booths where you can taste the different qualities of speck.

The typical snack of South Tyrol become a protagonist for a weekend!
Even the various restaurants in the area make this tribute to speck with really special dishes!

The speck is celebrated in the month of May because it is precisely in this month that it is ready to be sliced!

The speck can only be accompanied by good wine and that is why the wineries of the area will be open for all those who want to taste two wines typical of Bolzano: Lagrein and Santa Maddalena!
