During the picking of apples in autumn, and specifically in the month of September, Seis realizes a typical gastronomic week devoted entirely to strudel!

The strudel has several variants: with pastry or with "pasta frolla", sweet or salty. In any way you prepare it, the strudel always knows how surprise and delight even the most demanding palates.

The strudel is a dish that can be enjoyed throughout the year, but autumn because of the abundance of apples just picked, is the ideal period to taste it.
