Lamb-Weeks in Ulten Valley

Every year at the end of September Ulten Valley invites wool-fans and gourmets to the Lamb-Weeks, where everyone can taste delicious lamb-dishes in many restaurants or see how many different products can be made from sheep-wool.

During the Kuppelwies-fair in Ulten you can get more information about the Ulten-lamb and you can see how the natives make traditional felt-products or pullovers. Apart of that many restaurants invite you to taste different lamb-dishes made by ancient recipes.
