South Tyrol's most famous wines in Italy
The most important Italian wines guide, "I Vini d'Italia 2010" came out with the new edition, in which for at least 17 times, has given to wines of South Tyrol, the best score recognizable.
It was confirmed the high quality of wines of the different region. Like Lagrein, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Veltliner and Sylvaner.
In South Tyrol, one of the smallest wine-growing regions of Italy, as much as 98% of wine products, have the DOC quality. About 7% of the "Three glasses” were recognized to wines from South Tyrol, placing the regionamong the wine-growing regions in Italy.
