Mother's Advice
The mother is unique, she always has the right advice to give, knows little tricks that only experience can teach. Especially in the kitchen!
Do you never run to the phone to ask to your mamy how long must cook a roast or how to prepare a particular cake.
Mothers, for example, know that you need to use a wooden spoon to mix the dough, pasta and bread must raise in the warm and far from air currents, that if you have to check if an egg is still fresh, you have to soak it in the water and see if it floats.
All these things are not in books, or at least not all at once! The only guardian of all these valuable secrets are mums!
We began the afternoon of the day before and ended just before lunch! There was a specific order in which prepare things and serve them, remove them from the fridge or cook!
Every time I thought that something would be burned! But each time was a success and we rose happy from the table !
