Spaghetti with pumpkinblooms

Ingredients

• 400g spaghetti
• 12 pumpkinblooms
• 100g butter
• 50g parmesan
• Parsley, sage
• Salt, pepper

Preparation

Wash the pumpkinblooms and dry them. Melt a part of the butter with the pumpkinsblooms, salt it and fry for some minutes. Melt the other part of butter with the sage and parsley.

In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the pasta. Finally mix the hot spaghetti with the other ingredients.
