Hot Chestnut Pudding
For 4 people:
- 4 eggs
- 4 eggwhites
- 50g sugar
- 0,4 l cream
- 0,2 milk
- 100g chestnuts (pealed)
- 4 spoons of brandy
- sugar and some butter to spread onthe forms
- 100 g of croissant-bread (or toast cut into big squares)
For the topping 2 kaki and some raspberry syrup.
Mix eggs, eggwhite and sugar.Cream with milk and chestnuts cook. Then add it to the eggs and let it steem-cook and finally add the brandy.
Spread into 4 forms of about 6 cm (coffee cups) some butter and sugar, than put the brioche bread inside and fill with the cream.
Let it steem-cook at 170° for 30 min.
For the topping Mince the kaki and add the raspberrx sauce to it.
