Rasperry hearts
- 150 g of strained raspberry
- 3 egg whites
- 80 g of sugar
- Raspberry liquor
- 300 g of whipped cream
Preparation
Take the raspberries and the liquor and put in the mass. Stroke the mass on a baking tray and freeze it. After 4 ours you can cut out hearts.
Serve them with chocolate sauce and fresh berries.
