In spring the chefs in South Tyrol will have a lot to do: they have to marinate, to blanch, to bubble, to beat, to grill and to bake and to freeze. In spring the South Tyrolean chefs show their talent and give gourmets the possibility to taste all their great creations.
Eisacktal Fine Cuisine Festival
The beginning of the gastronomic spring makes the Eisacktal Valley. During the "Eisacktal Fine Cuisine Festival" in March 19 restaurants in the whole Eisacktal Valley will serve typical regional specialities: from 5th to 21st March 2010.Gastronomic Weeks in Jenesien
